Yes, we supply Genuine Ford Parts on our website. We can also supply other genuine parts such as Citroen, Vauxhall, Jaguar, Land Rover, Rover, MG, Fiat, Renault and Nissan. Send us your enquiry via our request a part link and we will get back to you

Question: How long will it take to receive my item?

We usually carry advertised products in stock. We aim for stocked items to be with our customers in 2-3 days (For UK Addresses), However not all items are in stock at all times as stock levels change constantly. We ask customers to allow up to 10 days for receipt of "Out of Stock" items.

Question: Where do you deliver to?

We will supply anywhere in the country and also internationally, our deliveries are done by UK Mail, one of the UK’s leaders in parcel distribution. You can track your order on the UK Mail website as we provide you with a tracking number

Question: Can I pay by debit or credit card?

Question: What Size wheel trims do I need?

The measurement of a wheel trim is taken from the steel ring on the back of the trim and not the front of a trim. For Example a 16" wheel trim may well measure 17" across the front of the trim. The easiest way to tell what size trim you need is actually to read the size on the tyre itself. This will be a number printed on the sidewall such as 195/65 R16 - The number following the R is the wheel size, so in this case 16"

Question: What Does Build Date mean?

The Build Date is what it says, that's the date the factory built the vehicle. This is not to be confused with the registration date. Parts are always identified to the build date not the registration date. Ford may have made changes to parts on vehicles from one build date to another.

Question: Why can't I see every part in the Shop?

We hold millions of pounds worth of stock and only list the most common parts on our website. If you cannot see the part you require, please fill out the Parts Request Form

Question: I Know the FINIS number of my part can I get a price?

Yes, simply fill out the Parts Request Form and we will reply as soon as we can

Question: Why can't I purchase Aerosol Paints, Fluids or Batteries?

Unfortunately couriers (i.e. UK Mail, Royal mail, FedEx, UPS etc) will not carry Aerosol Paints (Pressured Cans) Oils/Fluids or Acid Filled Batteries. This is now deemed hazardous materials due to New Hazardous material guidelines. However, you can order these items to collect from one of our branches. Please use our Parts Request Form.

Returns

Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 14 Days
Goods that have been fitted are Non-refundable.
All Electrical items are Non-refundable.
Goods are returnable at the expense of the purchaser, unless vehicle information such as VIN or vehicle registration number was provided
No return of goods after 14 days from date of despatch
Surcharge Items i.e. monies held until you return the item(s) (Alternators, Starter Motors & calliper’s etc) must be returned within a 30 day period.
